In unit or in the classroom, ServSafe AlcoholTM puts essential training in your employees' hands.

It all begins with the Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service.
The best education is a practical one. And the ServSafe Alcohol Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service textbook demonstrates that in every chapter. Throughout the book, information is presented in an interactive way. Vital lessons are reinforced with guides, charts, exercises and case studies to make concepts much more memorable. The text also includes areas where students can fill in their state and local laws as well as individual company policies.

An Approved Instructor helps ensure everyone receives a quality education.
The ServSafe Alcohol course can be taught in-unit or in class by an Approved Instructor. Approved Instructors are an important distinction to the program as they provide consistent, current and comprehensive training across your entire organization.

A staff member can become an Approved Instructor, or you can find a ServSafe Alcohol class using our Class Locator or if you contact your State Restaurant Association.

You can count on quality support materials to help instill key concepts.
To help your staff understand and remember important lessons, the program also offers role-play videos/DVDs) (sold separately) designed to work in conjunction with the book to challenge students to evaluate the real-world scenarios they may face back in the operation.
