How do I order coursebooks and/or exam answer sheets or Seat Registration Numbers?
Coursebooks and exam answer sheets can be ordered in advance for first-time examinees, examinees that are retesting, and examinees that are recertifying.
There are three ways place an order:

Contact your state restaurant association

Order online in the National Restaurant Association Solutions product catalog, product code number: SSEAS

Email customerservice@restaurant.org or phone the Customer Service Department at (800) 765-2122, ext. 701. In Chicagoland (312) 715-1010, ext. 701.
