How do I update my contact/address information?
To update your primary "Ship To" information, select "My Profile" from the righthand navigation options under 'Access My Account' from any page. You are also given the ability to change "ship to" addresses on individual orders that you may place online.
To update your "Bill To" information please email customersupport@restaurant.org or phone the National Restaurant Association Solutions Customer Service Department at (800) 765-2122, ext. 701. In Chicagoland (312) 715-1010, ext.701. Representatives are available between the standard business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Central Standard Time.
