Written paper-and-pencil exams.

The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification written paper-and-pencil exam can be taken after completing either traditional classroom or online training. It is a secured and proctored exam, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

Once students pass the examination, they are awarded the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification. This is an extremely important distinction in our industry, because:
